Our brief was to create in terms of complete UI/UX for an intranet website to guide the employees about the offers available for them for getting Mahindra services and products.
When you have a huge number of employees, having an internal website accessible only for them makes the process of enabling the offers much more hassle-free for the employees as well as the company.
Our approach to the whole project was the necessity of the ease of browsing and access.
The website was part of the Mahindras’ long-term “Rise.” campaign. The Look-and-feel of the website was designed in accordance with the same campaign.
With the Rise campaign, Mahindra is not just a federation of companies anymore it is a one big Mahindra Family helping each other to rise.
The theme of the website content was “Everyone in the Mahindra Family deserves perks”
The website had to be familiar to the employees yet easy to browse so they can choose and avail the offer most suited to them. We knew clearly that It should not look commercial at any point.
We used Mahindra’s’ trademark Red colour prominently in the design as well as the text, giving each and every page a Mahindra family feel. Clean and simple graphics were used wherever needed. We used warm images as option representatives rendered in a similar tone to maintain the uniformity all over. The flow of the website pages was maintained to be easy to browse, with short and clear copy along with every pointer.
A clean and crisp website for the Mahindra Employees aka Mahindra Family came alive with much crisp enthusiasm and skills.
