
StarQuick being an online grocery store, it was a must for the brand to connect with customers on social media.
On the social media platforms, the attention span of the users is not very long. So the communication on the social media for StarQuick was designed accordingly.
StarQuik introduced a grocery shopping practice that is so easy and enjoyable by bringing 10,000 plus products including the freshest fruits and vegetables home delivered at the doorstep within 3 hours, backed by Tata, ensuring trust and value for the consumer. One of the goals was to design posts that focus on these brands propositions.
For StarQuik, the aspect of Quik is being addressed in the name and the focus of the brand is on the fresh produce offering, so we emphasized on the promise of freshness along with 3hr delivery service in the communication.
StarQuik is all about the ‘ease’ of getting the choice of grocery products delivered at the doorstep.
We summed it up in the brand leading thought ‘Aasaan Grocery’. The basic communication of the brand was majorly centred around the same.
The unique brand property #AasaanGrocery was created for Digital Communication.
Bright, fresh, attractive colours and images were used for Social Media Communication.
On social media, the users do not prefer preachy posts, but they like informative & entertaining posts. The tone for social media communication was decided to be Light-hearted, Fun & Informative.
As StarQuik is by definition an e-grocer, Informative posts were created describing benefits of the various food items.
Simple & crisp copy was used in the creatives for clear communication with
the apt use of icons so the users grab the information in one look.
Fresh grocery is displayed wherever applicable to reinforce the freshness aspect of the brand and the fact that StarQuik is all about delivering fresh groceries.
People always like a mascot that they can relate to. StarMan was used creatively in the posts with the accessories suitable to the mood of the communication. For e.g festival posts or special days posts.
To have more traction on the brand page, engaging posts with colourful & quirky contests and games were designed as such posts are a hit with the Facebook audience.
Attractive posts and GIFs for special offers and promotions were created so that they stand out on the users feed.
The aim was to have a friendly relation with the customers on social media through relatable yet distinguished posts.
Social Media posts were accompanied with the clickable website link of StarQuik. Hence the similar communication was carried forward on the website banners to give users a uniform experience through digital platforms.
Designing social media presence for a young brand like StarQuik was definitely refreshing!
